The most important aspect in the initial planning of your store is the Floor Plan or Layout it is a bird’s eye view of how your store is going to draw customers into every nook and cranny and let them shop your store at their convenience. There should be no dead spots and many key value areas that display key value items that will attract customers to these areas. Floor Plans require many aspects to insure your business is successful.
Equipment in your store is the sells your products. Ensure you have versatility with aesthetics combined with every possibly conceivable way of merchandising and part of your product range.
Employing staff! Your employees are vital in making a successful business, are they really helpful and do they make the whole shopping and purchasing experience pleasant? So make sure your staff have all the relevant product knowledge and training in customer service.

We need your services in zambia. You would do well also to open an office here so that we may access your services locally. It is very expensive to import your products though one does not have a choice when you are not here.
