Foreign Retailers Yael Shapiro of Old Mutual Investment Group Property Investments says her phone is ringing off the hook with inquiries from foreign retailers interested in investing in this country’s malls.

While Shapiro says she doesn’t know of any big deals that have been signed yet, she is completely convinced they will come, following years of unprecedented strong growth in the local retail sector.
